【摘要】 目的建立定坤丸中芍药苷含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水梯度系统为流动相,检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷在3.664~36.64mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=5);平均回收率为99.6%(n=9),RSD为1.0%。结论本法简便、准确,重现性好,为定坤丸的质量评价提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Dingkun pills. Method A Kromasil C₁₈ column（4.6 mm×250 mm ,5 μm） was used, with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-H₂O binary system. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 3.664～36.64 mg·L^-1, r = 0.999 7（n = 5）; the average recovery was 99.6%（n = 9）, RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion The method is simple and can be used to determine paeoniflorin in Dingkun pills with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.更多还原
