低温大电流测量中热沉的设计

【摘要】 需要大电流测量的低温实验中,为了保证温度测量的准确性,设计热沉时电流的热效应不可忽略.定量讨论了低温大电流测量中的一维热沉设计.

【Abstract】 In practice there exists big electric current of leads in the low-temperature,devising heat sink must calculate heat effect of electric current for the accuracy of temperature measurement.The paper discussed one-dimensional heat sink devising of big electric current in the low-temperature measurement.
