【摘要】 为开发研制具有自知识产权的新型多臂开口装置,将PLC技术运用于液压电子开口装置的开发设计中,采用液压传动综框运动,取代传统的凸轮、连杆传动方式,采用PLC技术进行控制综框的升降规律,均为国内外首创。该研究成果为我国织机的开发研制和技术改造提供了新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 For exploiting new type dobby shedding device with independent and sovereign knowledge patent,technics of PLC is applicatted in research and manufacture of the electronic and hydraulic dobby device,in which it is first initiated in the world that the heald shaft movement is transmitted by hydraulic mechanism instead of traditional mechanism consisting of cam and rods and the order of heald shaf rise and fall is controled by PLC controller.The research result provids a new road for exploitation of domestic shuttleless weaving machings and technical improvement of shuttle looms.更多还原
