一种新型热泵供热系统的控制方案及其应用

【摘要】 在简要介绍热泵设备的结构和原理之后,给出了一种近年来广泛应用在纸机干燥部的热泵供热系统,详细阐述了其组成和控制方案。系统中采用了最新吹贯蒸汽控制、低选控制、高选控制和分程控制等高级控制技术,通过热泵设备使蒸汽被循环使用,同时也保持纸烘缸中的冷凝水能够通畅地排出。本系统已投入运行,大大提高了烘缸的传热强度,明显降低了蒸汽的消耗量,经济效益显著。

【Abstract】 After briefly introducing the structure and work principle of a heat pump,a widely employed heat supplies system via the heat pump to the dry section of paper machine is proposed in this paper.The main components and control scheme were illustrated in detail .Some advanced control techniques such as the newly applied puff steam control;low-end select control,high-end select control and multi-schedule control were employed in this system.The steam in dryers can be recycled for use in terms of the heat pump ,as well as the steam condensed water can also be discharged smoothly.The system has been in operation with substantial profit.The intensity of conducting heat of dryers is improved greatly and the consumption of steam is reduced obviously.
