滇重楼内生真菌的生物学性状及其甾体化合物含量

【摘要】从滇重楼根状茎中分离到133株内生真菌,对其中的7株真菌进行了生物学性状观察和甾体化合物含量测定。结果表明,2号、8号和12号真菌能合成大量的甾体化合物,培养液中甾体化合物的产率分别为208.62,144.97和198.79 mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 133 endophytic fungal isolates were separated from the rhizomes of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Seven isolates selected were studied for their biological characters and steroidal content.Of them,fungal isolates No.2,No.8 and No.12 were found to produce large amounts of steroidal compounds which had steroid yields 208.62,144.97 and 198.79 mg/L respectively in cultures.更多还原
