【摘要】 以孕蕾期辽藁本为材料,研究了摘花序、打顶等处理对辽藁本生育性状特征及根部产量的影响。结 果表明,孕蕾期摘花序后,辽藁本植株生长健壮,茎粗和、茎充实度、叶面积指数等性状表现较好,根部产量高;打顶 后植株生殖生长旺盛,花序数增多,但结实率低,根部增产效果不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of flower head removal and top removal were used during the bud stage of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag. The change of the vegetative characters and root production of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag were studied. Results show that after flower buds pruning,the plant becomes more vigorous,the LAI becomes large,the photosynthetic ability is strong,and the dry substance accumulates much and root production is high. After tip pruning,the plant becomes more vigorous,but its seed-setting rate is low and the increase of root production is not apparent.更多还原
