氮磷比例对铜绿微囊藻生长及部分生化组成的影响

【摘要】 对在不同N/P(1∶1,5∶1,16∶1,50∶1,100∶1)培养条件下,铜绿微囊藻的生长和营养生理特征进行了研究。结果表明,在N/P=16∶1的条件下,铜绿微囊藻的生长速度最快,细胞生物量最高;N/P小于16时,铜绿微囊藻的生长状态较N/P大于16时好,说明其生长主要受磷的限制。藻细胞碳水化合物的含量也受N/P的影响,其含量表现为16∶1>5∶1>1∶1>50∶1>100∶1;此外,藻细胞叶绿素含量随N/P的增加而降低。

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>The characteristics of the growth and physiology of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied in different N/P (1∶1,5∶1,16∶1,50∶1,100∶1) status,and batch culture experiments were conducted.Growth rate,Chl-a and carbohydrate were measured periodically.The results showed that,when the optimum (N/P ratio) of Microcystis aeruginosa was 16∶1 it grew fastest;when N/P was lower higher than 16,the growth was much better than when it was higher than 16,so phosphate was the factor limiting the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa.Obviously affected by different N/P ratios,the contents of carbohydrate showed:16∶1>5∶1>1∶1>50∶1>100∶1;moreover,the chlorophyll-a concentration decreased with the increase of N∶P ratios.
