【摘要】 以陕西省千阳县萨能羊种羊场的产奶羊群为研究对象,共采集5个胎次87只产奶羊的新鲜乳样,用气相色谱仪和乳成分测定仪分别测定了鲜乳的中、短链脂肪酸组成和乳成分含量。结果表明,不同胎次间丁酸(C4∶0)、己酸(C6∶0)、辛酸(C8∶0)和葵酸(C10∶0)的含量差异不显著(P>0.05);但胎次对月桂酸(C12∶0)和肉豆蔻酸(C14∶0)含量的影响作用达显著水平(P<0.05);长链脂肪酸中除亚油酸(C18∶2)含量在胎次间无显著差异(P>0.05)外,棕榈酸(C16∶0)、硬脂酸(C18∶0)和油酸(C18∶1)含量均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。乳成分中乳糖含量在不同胎次间差异不显著(P>0.05),而乳脂含量、乳蛋白含量、乳中干物质含量、乳中非脂固形物含量在不同胎次间均表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the dairy herd of the breeding Saanen goat farm in Qianyang county of Shaanxi province,eighty-seven milk samples from Saanen goats of 5 parities were collected to assay the short- and medium-chain fatty acids and milk composition by using gas chromatograph and infrared spectrometer respectively.The results indicated a similar contents of Butyric (C_4∶0),Caproic (C_6∶0),Caprylic(C_8∶0),and Capric (C_10∶0) acids among 5 parities （P>0.05）;however,the parity had a significant effect on contents of Lauric (C_12∶0),Myristic (C_14∶0),Palmitic (C_16∶0),Stearic (C_18∶0),and Oleic (C_18∶1) acids （P<0.05） except for the non-significant effect on linoleic (C_18∶2) acid content （P>0.05）;there was no significant difference in milk lactose content among parities,but the significant effects of parity on fat,protein,dry matter,and milk solid-non-fat contents in milk of Xinong Saanen goat were observed （P<0.05）.更多还原
