紫外线诱导提高重寄生放线菌PR和F46活性的研究
Study on the Mutations Induced by Ultraviolet Radiation Affecting Hyperparasites Strain F46 and PR
【摘要】 利用紫外线照射诱导两种重寄生放线菌PR和F 46,并对诱导产生的诱变菌株的特性进行了初步研究。结果发现,诱变菌株菌落的基内菌丝的颜色与出发菌落的明显不同。在适合度上,诱变菌株的菌丝生长量有所下降,而在产孢能力、重寄生能力方面则高于出发菌株。诱变菌株对常用化学杀菌剂的抗药性测定结果显示,诱变菌株与一些常用化学杀菌剂是可以混合使用的。
【Abstract】 The biological properties of mutants of hyperparasites strain PR and F46 by ultraviolet radiation were studied.Results showed that the color of substrate mycelia of mutants was always white or colorless.Mutants reduced growth and sporulation and had better inhibiting effects to target pathogens.The mutants could be a candidate of some fungicides,because of their good combinations with fungicides.
