银杏内生链格孢菌GI009生物学特性研究
Biological Properties of Endophytic Fungus Alternaria alternata var.GI009 from Ginkgo biloba
【摘要】 对银杏内生链格孢菌(A lternaria a lternata var.G I009)进行了生物学特性的研究。结果表明,温度、pH值、光照对其生长和产孢有一定的影响。链格孢菌最适宜的温度为25℃,4℃和37℃几乎不能生长。最适宜pH值为5.0~9.0。产孢量以25℃连续黑暗培养最多。10种供试碳源均能明显促进链格孢菌的生长,但对不同碳源利用上有一定差异。在10种供试氮源中,除L-谷氨酸外,9种氮源均能明显促进链格孢菌生长。硝酸钠组菌落生长直径最大,醋酸钠组菌落生长较差,对不同碳源利用有较大差异。
【Abstract】 The research explored the biological properties of endophytic fungus Alternaria alternata var.GI009 from Ginkgo biloba.The results showed that temperature, pH and light time affected the growth and sporulation of the fungus.The optimal growth temperature was 25℃,while it almost could not grow at 4℃ and 37℃.It could grow well between pH 5.0 and pH 9.0.The best temperature for sporulation was 25℃ under dark condition.10 carbon sources tested could obviously make the fungus grow,but there were differences among them.So did the nitrogen sources,except for L-glutamic acid.The mycelia diameter was the biggest with sodium nitrate,while the fungus growed slowestly with sodium acetate,there are much differences among them.
