【摘要】 目的初步研究医用几丁糖对青光眼滤过术后抗瘢痕形成的作用。方法30只健康家兔60只眼均行青光眼滤过手术 ,每只家兔随机选取一只眼为实验眼 ,另一只眼为对照眼。实验组巩膜瓣下及结膜瓣下注射医用几丁糖 ,对照组未用。在术后不同时期观察滤过泡形态、眼压变化 ,并进行组织病理学观察。结果实验组与对照组比较 ,术后7d、15d、30d、60d两组眼压值有显著性差异 ;实验组功能性滤过泡阳性率较对照组高。组织病理学观察 ,实验组手术切口附近成纤维细胞数量较对照组少 ,滤过道通畅 ,滤过泡结构疏松。结论医用几丁糖在青光眼滤过手术中有抑制纤维增殖的作用 ,应用后滤过道通畅、眼压降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antiscaring formation about the medical Chitosan after glaucoma filˉtering surgery.Method30healthy rabbits,60eyes,were done trabeculotomy.The experiment group was injected medical Chitosan to the subconjunctiva and subsclera flap,but the control group was not.We observed filtering bleb,intraocular pressure,the change of histophysiology between the two groups during different stages.Results we observed the change of the intraocular pressure was apparent beˉtween the two groups of postoperative7,15,30and60days.In the experiment group,the positve rate of the functioning blebs was higher,the number of the filbroblast in the cut was less than that of the control group,the filtering passage was unobstructed,the structure of the filtering blebs was loose.Conclusion The medicial Chitosan has function on inhibitting the proliteration of the filbroblast,keeping the filtering passage unobstructed,decreasing the intraocular pressure after the glaucoma filˉtering surgery.更多还原
