【摘要】 目的:评价恶性肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)对恶性肿瘤临床检测的应用价值。方法:对510例恶性肿瘤患者、157例健康体检者及113例良性肿瘤患者进行血清TSGF含量测定。结果:恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF水平与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:TSGF检测可作为临床上恶性肿瘤早期诊断的良好指标,是健康人群早期发现恶性肿瘤的较好的过筛实验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of detection of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) in the diagnosis of malignant tumor.Methods: The serum level of TSGF were detected among 157 normal controls,113 patients with benign tumor and 510 with malignant tumor,respectively.Results: The level of serum TSGF(between) malignant tumor patients and controls were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: It can be concluded that the examination of TSGF is very useful to reach the goal of early diagnosis of malignant tumor.更多还原
