【摘要】 介绍了精练漂白剂GP的性能和工作原理,探讨其对大豆蛋白复合纤维/麻混纺织物精练漂白的效果影响.确定最佳精练漂白工艺条件为精练漂白剂GP的用量为(1~3)g/L,温度为95℃,时间为40 m in~60 m in.结果表明,用该方法精练漂白的大豆蛋白复合纤维/麻混纺织物毛效好、白度好、失重少,染色均匀.同时本文对练漂过程出现的问题进行分析,找出原因,提出解决措施.更多还原

【Abstract】 The properties and working mechanism of the scouring bleaching agent GP was presented and its use amount in scouring/bleaching of soybean protein fiber/linen blended fabric and scouring temperature and time were probed.Such fabrics had good capillary effect and whiteness.Less weight loss and levelled dyeing when soured and bleached with GP at amount of 1~3g/L at 95℃ for 40 min~60 min.The problems happening in souring and bleaching were also analyzedto find out the causes and countermeasures.更多还原
