【摘要】 以我国某大型石化企业正在实施的技术创新战略研究项目为背景,提出了基于DLA模型的虚拟企业技术创新总体模式.分析了该模式的集成化维度、层次、属性的三层体系结构以及战略合作伙伴选择、组织构建与重组和系统信息平台建设等三大特点.描述了具有OLAP、数据挖掘、决策模型与算法的技术创新信息与决策支持系统JSHT,采用UML方法研究了重点新产品的开发过程管理,介绍了整个系统的实施过程和采用的方法、步骤措施及其关键问题的解决方案.实施应用结果表明,该项目取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,并具有应用推广价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 A chief mode of virtual enterprise technique innovation based on DLA modle on the background of a technique innovation program carried out by a state-owned pretro-medical enterprise is presented. The three-lay structure is analyzed, including integrated demensions, layers and attributes of that mode and the selecting of (copartner), the constructing and reconstructing and up-building of system platform in great detail. The JSHT is (discribed) consisting of OLAP, DM, decision modle and algorithms. Adopting UML, the management of developing process of key products is studied. The actualizing process and method and measures of the whole system and the (solution) on key problems are introduced. The result shows that this program has achieved remarkable benefit both in society and economy.更多还原
