基于DSP串行通讯的操作面板
Operation panel of DSP based on serial communication
【摘要】 研究平网印花机专用变频器改造中操作面板的构建.为提高变频器的可靠性,采用电机专用数字信号处理器(DSP),SPWM信号由DSP芯片实时算出.针对SPWM不能处理操作面板上各种按键操作问题,在操作面板中使用51单片机,而在主控制单元中使用DSP芯片产生SPWM信号,两者之间用串行通讯交换信息.文中介绍了软件、硬件的开发和实验室调试过程.实验结果证明,所构建的操作面板简单实用,可靠性高,成功地解决了生产实际中的问题.
【Abstract】 Concernning with recontructions of dyeing and printing matchines,A development of the operation panels for the special invertors is described in this paper.The operation panels use independent CPU(89c52) and the special invertors use DSP chips (TMS320LF2407A) specialized for motion control.By virtue of serial communication,the information exchanges between the operation panel and special invertors are accomplished.Its advantages are less lines used between operation panels and special invertors,therefore permiting a longer transmiting distances.The softwares and hardwares and experimental processes are introduced.The results demonstate that the developted operation panels are feasible and usable,and also the way is not complicated.
