纺织品紫外线透过率测试的影响因素分析

【摘要】 在测试纺织品紫外线透过率时,紫外光源,接受传感器,光源与传感器间的测试距离以及试样的放置方式都会对测试结果产生较大的影响.依照GB/T17032《织物紫外线透过率的实验方法》技术要求,对这些因素进行实验研究.结果表明,选用紫外氘灯光源,接受波段280~320nm,主波长297nm的接受传感器,测试距离采用38~40mm以及合适的试样放置结构,能有效提高纺织品紫外线透过率测试的精度和稳定性.

【Abstract】 It would be keep in mind that measurement about textiles-testing of transmission should include some factors such as UV ultraviolet ray lamp,sensor,testing distance and placed mode of sample,which can have an important effect on measured data and results.According to Chinese standard GB/T17032 《Textiles-testing method for transmission of ultraviolet ray》,it can improve testing precision and stabilization efficiently by means of chosing deuterium lamp,sensor which have a wave band from 280 nm to 320 nm,testing distance of 38~40 mm and good placed structure of sample after experiments and analyses of such factors.
