戊二醛的新合成方法
New synthetic method for glutaric dialdehyde
【摘要】 目的研究戊二醛的新合成方法。方法以苯并咪唑盐和二卤代烷为原料,利用苯并咪唑盐与双Grignard试剂的加成水解反应合成戊二醛。结果戊二醛的产率73%,产物的红外光谱以及熔点与文献报道一致。结论苯并咪唑盐与双Grignard试剂的加成水解反应为戊二醛的合成提供了一种简便的新方法。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the synthetic method for the glutaric dialdehyde.Methods Glutaric dialdehyde was prepared from benzimidazolium salt and saturated dihalide by the addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with Di-Grignard reagent.Results The yield was 73%, IR spectra and melting point of the compound were consistent with those reported.Conclusion A novel synthetic method for glutaric dialdehyde was provided by the addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with di-Grignard reagent.
