【摘要】 我国西部地区体育产业发展缓慢,但有其特有的资源优势。西部大开发、中国加入WTO和2008年北京举办奥运会都给体育产业发展带来新的机遇和挑战,为此应更新观念、转变政府职能,大力发展优势地区和优势项目的体育产业,以带动整个西部地区体育产业的发展。如把经济基础好的西安、成都和重庆建成体育产业核心区;大力发展具有西部地区特色的体育旅游产业;努力把昆明建成现代化体育城,使之成为西部地区体育产业发展的亮点;同时西部的贫困和边境开放区,要发展与民族体育传统项目有关的体育产业。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of PE industry in the western regions is slow. However,there are advantages in its resources. There are opportunities and challenges in the development of PE industry, due to the development of western regions, China′s entry into WTO and the Olympic Games in Beijing in the year 2008. It is necessary,to alter people′s views, to transform the govermental function and to develp hugely the advantageous area and advantageous items. Xian,Chengdu and Chongging with better economic base may be built into the centre of PE industry.The PE tour industry with the characteristics of western regions may be constructed quickly.
