【Abstract】 The theory of modern capital structure indicate the corporate structure really influences company’s value. This text, talking listed company of Ningxia as samples, has chosen relevant materials from 1999 to 2003, in order to seek the way to optimize the structure of capital.This artical,through real example analysis, has found out the main factors influencing the capital structure of listed company of Ningxia, namely, profit ability drop, enterprise scale enlargement, and stock right misplaces.更多还原
