有机磷农药混剂对大鼠的胚胎毒性和致畸性研究

【摘要】 目的观察敌敌畏、乐果和马拉硫磷对大鼠的致畸作用。方法将SD孕鼠随机分为4组,即有机磷农药混剂20.4、30.64、0.8 mg/kg 3个剂量染毒组和阴性对照组。分别经口给予不同剂量的有机磷农药混剂和生理盐水,进行传统的致畸实验,观察母鼠及胎仔的情况。结果有机磷农药混剂对母鼠体质量有影响,40.8 mg/kg组体质量明显减轻。孕鼠的生殖能力包括平均黄体数、胎盘重和窝重与阴性对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。染毒组胎仔体质量与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。40.8 mg/kg和30.6 mg/kg组还出现死胎、吸收胎和畸胎,但与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在实验剂量范围内,有机磷农药混剂对大鼠有母体和胚胎毒性。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the potentially teratogenic effects of the mixture of organphosphorus(ops) in SD rats.Methods SD pregnant rats were randomly divided into four groups(20.4,30.6,40.8mg/kg treatment groups and negative control).Conventional teratogenicity test was performed.Pregnant rats in the treatment groups and control group orally received different concentration of mixture of organophosphorus pesticide and saline on days 6-15 of gestation,respectively.At the same time,the status of pregnant rats and fetuses were observed.Results Changes of weight in 30.6 and 40.8mg/kg treatment groups were observed.Compared with negative control,all indexes of procreative ability of pregnant rats in treatment groups had significant differences with those in negative control(P<0.05);embryo weights of the ops compound had decreased in all treatment groups;there were dead fetuses,absorbent fetuses and malformed fetuses in 30.6 and 40.8mg/kg groups,but there were no significant differences with negative control.Conclusion Within the range of experiment doses,the ops compound is considered to have maternal,embryo toxicity and teratogenicity in SD rats.
