【Abstract】 With the arrival of the information age,the information resources environment has brought the wide space to information service.It is proposed in the paper that under the network environment,the meaning and the carrier of the information resources have all changed: the traditional paper resource,the electronic resource,and the network resource are coexisting with each other,producing the new ways to transmit and apply the information,enriching the storage of the library,and making the management of the information resources more complicated.Among this,the optimum of the management of the network resource is the key to optimize the information management,while the optimum of interview and the management of the catalogue is the prerequisite.So only by strengthening the comprehensive management of these three works,can the efficiency of the utilization of the resource be improved,the social status of the library be promoted,and the space for existence and development of the library be expanded.更多还原
