多孔混凝土的收缩特性研究
Study on the shrinkage character of porous concrete
【摘要】 由于多孔混凝土存在收缩现象,为研究多孔混凝土基层路面的接缝设置及反射裂缝问题,必须首先研究多孔混凝土的收缩特性.采用传感器法进行多孔混凝土温度收缩系数的测定,对试验结果进行分析,得出多孔混凝土温缩系数在-25~25℃不同温度区间的变化规律,整个温度区间的温缩系数介于3~10μm/(m.℃)之间,较之常用半刚性基层材料的温缩系数小.对于不同级配,整个区间的温缩系数可取其平均值为6.5μm/(m.℃).此外,通过干燥收缩试验,得出多孔混凝土各龄期的干缩系数,与部分半刚性基层材料比较,多孔混凝土的干燥收缩小得多,因此其抗裂性能较好.
【Abstract】 Porous concrete will shrink,so it is necessary to deal with its shrinkage character firstly when studying the problems of joint location and reflection crack of porous concrete base.By aopting the sensor method,the authors measured the temperature contraction coefficient of porous concrete,analyzed the test result,and drew the coefficient change law in different temperature intervals from-25 ℃ to 25 ℃.The temperature contraction coefficient in the whole interval is from 3 to 10 μm/(m·℃),less than that of common semi-rigid base materials.To different gradation,the temperature contraction coefficient in the whole temperature interval can take the average value,namely 6.5 μm/(m·℃).Besides,by dry shrinkage test,the authors also got the dry shrinkage coefficient.Compared with some semi-rigid base materials,the dry shrinkage of porous concrete is much less,so the anti-crack performance of porous concrete is better.
