【摘要】 对绞股蓝(Gynostemmapentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino)的种子在不同温度、不同时间下进行浸种处理,根据其种子的发芽率、发芽势以及幼苗生长情况分析得出:浸种时间以16h处理的发芽率、发芽势较高;浸种温度以20℃的处理为宜;黑暗条件下的浸种处理,其发芽率、发芽势及幼苗生长状况均高于光照条件下;用0.1mg/L的GA、6-BA浸泡后,发芽势和发芽率显著提高,但对幼苗生长有仰制作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeds of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were treated at different dipping times and temperatures,their germinating energy,germination vigor,seedling growth were tested.The results were as follows:1.the best dipping time and temperature are 16 hours and 20℃respectively;2.The seeds treated in the dark have higher germinating energy and germination vigor than those treated in the light;3.Their germinating energy and germination vigor are obviously increased,but seedling growth is decreased when the seeds are treated with 6ˉBA and GA.更多还原
