【Abstract】 The ultrastructure and the dynamic morphological process of hepatocyte apoptosis was studied. Changes in the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, the quantity of MDA and the mitochondrial membrane potential was also introduced to prove the relationship between different kinds of exercise intensity and the apoptosis of rat hepatocytes. It is pointed out that exercise can lead to rat hepatocyte apoptosis, which may be the result of decreased antioxidative capability of hepatocytes after exercise.更多还原
