斯氏按蚊的有丝分裂染色体核型、G带的初步研究

【摘要】 采用加热干燥涂片法对斯氏按蚊的有丝分裂染色体核型、G带进行了研究.结果表明:斯氏按蚊染色体数目为2n =6 ,属XY型,全部为中着丝粒染色体;Y染色体存在中着丝粒和端着丝粒染色体两种形态:在G带中,两对常染色体在着丝粒附近颜色较深,性染色体X、Y的一条臂全部深染,另一臂分别呈现4条和3条带;雄蚊共有2 1条带.研究中还观察到了染色体多态现象.

【Abstract】 The mitotic chromosome karyotypes and G-banding were studied. The hot-dried smearing method was used. The result showed that the number of chromosomes of Anopheles stephensi was 2n=6, with XY type. All of the chromosomes were metacentic. There were two types in Y chromosome, one was metacentic, the other was telocentic. G-banding showed that two pairs of autosomes were dark. One arm of X and Y was totally dark, the other arm took on four bandings in X and three bandings in Y. there were twenty-two bandings in male karyotype. In the research, chromosomal polymorphism was also observed.
