同步回转式压缩机滑板运动分析
Sliding Vane Kinetic Characteristics Analysis for a Synchronal Ro tary Compressor
【摘要】 为了减小摩擦磨损,提高整机性能和效率,针对同步回转式压缩机滑板运动学机构进行了分析,找出了滑板的运动规律和滑板位置的几何关系,详细推导了滑板运动的速度和加速度的计算公式,并研究了滑板运动的速度和加速度随转角变化的关系.结果表明,滑板运动的速度随倾斜角增大而减小,加速度随倾斜角增大而增大,所以合理选择滑板倾斜角可大大降低摩擦磨损,提高可靠性.研究结果为滑板的可靠性设计及同步回转机械的整体优化提供了数学基础.
【Abstract】 The sliding vane’s kinematic characteristics of a synchronal rotary compressor were investigated to reduce the frictional wear and improve the machine’s performance and efficiency. The vane’s moving law and the geometrical relationship of the vane’s position were determined. Moreover, the formulas of the vane’s velocity, acceleration, and their variation characteristics with the rotation angle were deduced. The calculation results show that the vane’s moving velocity decreases with the increase of obliquity, while the vane’s acceleration increases with the increase of obliquity. So choosing the vane’s obliquity accurately can reduce the friction wear and improve the machine’s reliability greatly. The present results may offer mathematical foundation for the design of the vane’s reliability and for the optimization of the whole synchronal rotary compressor.
