一种改进的模糊多属性决策方法及应用
An improved method and its application of fuzzy multiple attribute for making decision
【摘要】 对属性权值和方案的指标值均未知的情形,根据决策者的偏好建立模糊判断矩阵,并用去模糊思想将其转化为非模糊矩阵,使得新矩阵可以进行一致性检验,然后以模糊综合程度值作为模糊权值和模糊指标值构造出模糊决策矩阵,利用取模糊截集的方法将模糊决策问题转化为经典的多属性决策问题,进而用理想解方法确定出方案的最终排序.该方法避免了决策过程中模糊数比较这一复杂问题,并且具有计算简单、易于在计算机上实现等优点.最后把该方法应用于解决坝址选择的问题.
【Abstract】 When the attribute weight and performance ratings are unknown,the non-fuzzy matrix may be used to test its consistency for the transformation from fuzzy judgement matrix by the way of defuzzision determined according to the preference of decision maker.Then,the value of fuzzy synthetic extent is taken as attribute weight or performance ratings so as to construct the fuzzy performance matrix.The problem of fuzzy decision making is translated into traditional multiple attribute for making decision and the ranking order of the alternatives is determined by TOPSIS.The complicated problems of ranking fuzzy number are avoided and the method is computationally simple and easy to be used.At last,the modified method is applied to choose the dam location.
