二灰砂浆配合比设计方法
Mixture design method for lime-fly ash mortar
【摘要】 为了研究二灰碎石混合料中由二灰与细集料组成二灰砂浆的细集料级配、二灰与细集料的配比和石灰与粉煤灰的比例对其性能的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,以抗压强度为指标,采用正交试验方法确定了二灰砂浆材料组成的多水平试验方案,并应用极差分析法和方差分析法进行数据分析。结果表明,结合料与细集料的配比对指标作用高度显著,石灰与粉煤灰的比例对指标作用显著,而细集料的配比对指标作用不显著。
【Abstract】 In order to research the effect of the gradation of fine aggregates, the ratio of lime-fly ash to fine aggregates and the ratio of lime to fly ash in lime-fly ash mortar on the compression strength of lime-fly ash mortar, which is made up of the fine aggregates and lime-fly ash in the mixture of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates, taking the compression strength as an index, the orthogonal test that is based on the test of single factor was carried out to determine the multi-factors experiment project. The maximum difference analytical method and variance analytical method were applied to analyze the data. The test results indicate that the ratio of lime-fly ash to fine aggregates has a very significant effect on the index, the ratio of lime to fly ash has a significant effect on the index, but the gradation of fine aggregates has no significant effect on the index. 5 tabs, 3 figs, 6 refs.
