集料级配对沥青路面抗滑性能的影响
Influence of gradation on anti-skidding performance of asphalt pavement
【摘要】 为了研究矿料级配对沥青路面抗滑性能的影响,采用室内模拟试验,对其5种不同走向、最大粒径的级配混合料的抗滑性能和抗滑指标的衰减规律进行了研究,并对其影响因素进行了分析。试验结果表明:4.75mm以上粗集料的质量含量和集料最大粒径对于路面的抗滑能力有很大影响,将Superpave技术的控制点和限制区概念引入混合料的级配设计,对于保持路面抗滑性能与耐久性能之间的平衡具有积极的意义;集料最大粒径的选择应充分结合层厚、温度等因素确定。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of aggregate gradation on anti-skidding performance òf asphalt mixture, five kinds of asphalt mixture of different gradation with different curve’s strend and maximal aggregate size are chosen to carry out stimulation tests for studying the anti-skidding characteristic and its variational rules. Tests results indicate that the content of aggregate coarser than 4.75 mm and maximal size play an important role in the anti-skidding performance. It is helpful to introduce the conceptions of preference point and forbidden zone of Superpave into the gradation design, which can keep the balance between anti-skidding performance and durability of asphalt pavement. When the maximal aggregate size is selected, its thickness and temperature should be taken into account.
