硅粉路面混凝土的疲劳特性
Fatigue character of silicon-powder road concrete
【摘要】 为了研究硅粉混凝土的疲劳特性,以应力水平为0.70~0.85的疲劳试验为基础,采用双参数Weibull分布模型进行数据处理,建立了等效疲劳寿命预估方程和疲劳寿命预估方程,其中疲劳寿命预估方程能很好地反映不同应力级位对疲劳寿命的影响,同时与普通混凝土的疲劳性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,硅粉路面混凝土具有良好的疲劳性能,明显优于普通混凝土,在相同的荷载作用下,其疲劳寿命较普通混凝土提高3~6倍。
【Abstract】 In order to adapt to modern transportation, this paper systematically studies the fatigue character of silicon-powder road concrete, adopts two-parameter Weibull distributed model to process data at the foundation of fatigue test in 0.75~0.8 stress level, establishes equivalence fatigue life forecasting equation and fatigue life forecasting equation.The fatigue life forecasting equation can react the different stress level’s influence to fatigue life. Compared it with normal concrete’s fatigue performance, the study shows silicon-powder concrete has good fatigue performance.Under the same load, its fatigue life is as 3~6 times as the one of normal concrete.
