【摘要】 我国地方政府竞争的趋势将愈演愈烈,地方政府竞争带来了不同的竞争效应。文章对地方政府竞争模型的反思入手,分析了民族地区政府竞争的特征和存在问题的基础上,提出了民族地区提升政府竞争力的路径选择:以提升制度竞争力为先,推进市场、产品等要素建设;并对民族地区政府竞争提出相应的制度和政策安排。更多还原

【Abstract】 Increasingly fierce competitions are taking place among China’s local governments. However, the fierce competitions have led to different effective consequences. Beginning with the consideration of the competitive models, this paper analyzes the features and problems in the competitions among the governments in the areas of the ethnic groups. Then this paper puts forward the approach choices of heightening the competitive power: local governments should give priority to strengthening the competitive power in the institutions to promote the construction on the elements of markets and products. This paper also puts forward the corresponding arrangements in the institutions and policies for the competitions among the governments of the ethnic areas.更多还原
