【摘要】 目的 :比较不同根管充填方法对根尖孔的封闭能力。方法 :采用美蓝染色法测定 3种根管充填方法的根尖渗漏染色长度。A组 ,不加热侧方加压法 +牙胶尖 +封闭剂AHplus;B组 ,垂直加压法 +牙胶尖 +封闭剂AHplus ;C组 ,Ultrafil低温热塑牙胶 +封闭剂AHplus ,并设阳性和阴性对照组。结果 :(A组 )不加热侧方加压法、(B组 )热垂直加压法、(C组 )Ultrafil低温热塑牙胶充填的根尖渗漏的平均染色长度分别为 (2 .80 8± 0 .734)mm ,(1 .1 2 4± 0 .2 35 )mm ,(1 .0 1 2± 0 .2 0 3)mm ,及阳性对照组 (7.881± 0 .30 5 )mm。经方差分析和两两比较 ,(A组 )与 (B组 )和 (C组 )的美蓝渗入长度差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,(B组 )和 (C组 )之间差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :热牙胶根管充填比传统的侧方加压根管充填具有更好的根管封闭效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the apical sealing ability of different root canal filling means.Methods:Determination of the length of apical dye leakage was done by three kinds of root canal filling method. A group was lateral condensation + cold gutta-percha + sealer-Ahplus, B group, vertical condensation + warm gutta-percha + sealer-Ahplus, C group, Ultrafil-obturation + Ahplus. Positive group and negative control group were established. Results:The length of apical dye leakage of (A group) lateral condensation was (2.808±0.734) mm,that of (B group) warm vertical condensation and (C group) Ultrafil system were (1.124±0.235) mm and (1.012±0.203) mm,respectively positive group was 7.881±0.305 mm. The length of apical dye leakage showed significant difference between (A group) and (B group) or (C group) in the analysis of variance and multiple comparison test (P<0.01). There was no significant difference(P>0.01) between (B group) and (C group).Conclusion:Root canal filling of heat softened gutta percha is better root canal sealer than the traditional lateral condensation.更多还原
