【摘要】 目的 :研究“M”状曲矫治替牙期前牙反的临床应用效果。方法 :选择 1 2例替牙期以牙性为主的前牙反患者 ,应用“M”状曲推前牙向前 ,通过矫治前后的X线头影测量观察其上下颌前牙移动及上下颌骨位置的变化。结果 :应用“M”状曲矫治替牙期前牙反 2至 3个月后 ,前牙反得到矫正 ,后牙建。上颌切牙向唇侧平均移动 4 .5 3mm ,下颌切牙向舌侧平均移动 1 .5 1mm ,下颌骨向下、向后旋转。结论 :只要病例选择合适 ,“M”状曲能获得较满意的矫治替牙期前牙反的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of “M” loop in the treatment of mixed dentition anterior crossbite.Methods:Using 0.016 inch Australian wire bent “M” loop,the maxillary central incisors were pushod forward in 12 cases with dental mixed dentition anterior crossbite,and the situations of the displacement of the mandibular and maxillary central incisors and the alterations of the position of the maxilla and mandibula were observed through the cephalometric measurement before and after treatment.Results:After “M” loop being used 2 to 3 months,the anterior crossbite was corrected, maxillary incisor moved 4.53 mm to labial side, and mandibular incisor moved 1.51 mm to lingual side. The mandibula moved downwards and turned backwards.Conclusion:“M” loop is efficient for the correction of mixed dentition crossbite.更多还原
