【摘要】 根据1997～2003年温州区域环境噪声的监测数据以及相关影响因素的数据,采用两次残差修正GM(1,1)对2010年前温州区域环境噪声进行预测,并进行灰色关联分析.结果表明,该模型为一级模型,进行中、短期预测精度高,相对误差仅为±0.2%,预测结果可为城市区域环境噪声污染防治提供科学的依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the monitored data and the related data on Wenzhou environmental noise in the period of 1997～ 2003,the second residual error GM(1,1) is applied to Wenzhou environmental noise prediction prior to the year 2010 by employ- ing grey correlation analysis method. The results show that the model established is the first-degree, and the relative error is only ±0.2%. The method has been proved effective by practice.更多还原
