早孕妇女铁贮存水平缺铁性贫血分析及饮食指导

【摘要】 目的:了解早孕妇女铁贮存水平,预防缺铁性贫血。方法:用塞曼原子吸收光谱仪测定了215例早孕妇女的血清铁、总铁结合力、转铁蛋白饱和度,用以评价铁贮存水平,分析缺铁原因。结果:血清铁平均为12130±4132μmoL/L、TIBC为65111±8118μmoL/L、TS%为18159%±518%。早孕妇女缺铁40例,占18.6%;TIBC低于正常值9例,占412%;TS%低于正常值50例,占2313%。结论:早孕妇女铁贮存不足,缺铁率较高,应尽早补铁,保证胎儿正常发育,避免孕妇缺铁性贫血。

【Abstract】 Objective:Serum iron of early pregnant women were studied to prevent their hypoferric anemia. Method:The lever of serum iron?total iron-binding compacity(TIBC)?the percent of trans-iron protein saturation(TS%) of 215 early pregnant women were detected by GGX-6B type SAIMAN atom sucking light spectrocomparator.The reason of their lack from irons was analysed. Result: The lever of serum iron?TIBC and TS% was 12.30±4.32 μmol/L?65.11±8.18 μmol/L and 18.59%±5.8% respectively.There were 40 cases lacking irons(18.6%),9 cases (4.2%)and 50 cases (23.3%) having lower TIBC and TS% separately. Conclusion: There was a higher rate of irons lacking in early pregnant women and their irons storing was lower.They should mend irons as soon as possible to guarantee their foetus’ normal development.
