机床结合面结构动态参数识别
Identification Dynamic Parameter of Machine Tool Joint Surface
【摘要】 该文充分考虑机械结合面的接触特性,提出了利用三维接触单元和弹簧-阻尼单元相结合的方法建立结合面的有限元模型,再应用优化参数法对结合面的接触刚度和阻尼等参数进行识别。在此基础上,建立了螺栓连接固定结合面模型,并与一内圆磨床组件的模态测试结果相比较。研究表明:该方法有很好的精度,可以用于实际计算。
【Abstract】 Fully according to contact characteristics of machine joint surfaces, using methods of 3D - contact unit and spring - damping unit to established finite element model in joint surface, then identification parameter of contact stiffness and damping in joint surface with optimization. Joint surface model that connect with bolt is established and compared with mode test result of internal grinder module. It is indicated that this method has good precision and can be used in practice.
