【Abstract】 The Multimedia Messaging Service(MMS) is a new mobile business, and a synthesized solution involved terminal device maker, network service provider, content and application provider. Transcoding is technology for adapting media content to match constraints and preferences associated with specific environment, enables MMS message to be transferred and presented seamlessly crossing different network and mobile terminal, and is the key of success of MMS Application. This paper describes the key technologies of the three kinds of transcoding in MMS application, and discusses the main problems should be resolved in each kind of transcoding on the basis of introduction of principles of transcoding.更多还原
