网络环境下高校图书馆用户需求与服务对策
Users’ Demands and Service Countermeasures under the Internet Environment in the College Libraries
【摘要】 分析了网络环境下高校图书馆用户及其需求的变化,以及满足用户需求的障碍,提出了加强信息资源建设、转变服务模式、提高馆员素质的对策。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the changes of users’ demands in the college libraries. And it tells readers how to handle the obstacles to meet the users’ demands. It also puts forward proposals of promoting the data resources,transforming service patterns and improving librarians qualities.
