Due to the fast development of graduate education, there appeared a lot of problems. This article, based on the summation of previous graduate education, claims that, in order to cultivate creative graduates, the emphasis should be laid on the scientific management system, diversity of education mode, standardization of management, establishment of platform for discipline development, taking the advantage of the university’s cross-discipline development and cultivation of an excellent team of tutors.
