【摘要】 【目的】研究肺癌患者血浆葡萄糖、丙氨酸浓度与体重减轻的关系。【方法】选取确诊为非小细胞性肺癌的患者,根据体重有无减少分为体重稳定组和体重减轻组,用健康人为正常对照组;调查营养状况、血浆中葡萄糖、丙氨酸的浓度,分析患者血浆葡萄糖、丙氨酸浓度与体重减轻的关系。【结果】被检者食物摄入与发病前无变化,热量、碳水化合物、蛋白质或脂肪的摄入组间无差异,体重减轻组葡萄糖浓度高于体重稳定组患者;体重减轻组肺癌患者血浆丙氨酸浓度低于体重稳定组,(P<0.01)。【结论】体重减轻肺癌患者葡萄糖、丙氨酸代谢发生改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the relation between concentration of glucose and alanine in plasm and weight loss of lung patients.【Methods】Patients with weight loss and without weight loss and heathy control subjects were studied.Nutritional status of them was analyzed and the concentration of glucose and alanine in plasm of them was measured.【Results】Energy,carbohydrate and protein did not differ significantly among the patients groups.Mean glucose in plasm of patients with weight loss was significantly higher than that of patients without weight loss,however,mean alanine in plasm of patients with weight loss was significantly lower than that of patients without weight loss.【Conclusion】Metabolism of glucose and alanine in lung cancer patients with weight loss was changed.更多还原
