【Abstract】 Sport goods industry is an important part of Chinese sport industry,whose development will (definitely) affect the integrated economic scale of sport industry,especially after China’s entry into WTO. From the existing document summary,many scholars analyzed the influence of China’s entry into WTO on Chinese sport goods industry. However,they didn’t combine the influence with the commercial rules relevant with sport goods industry.
