【摘要】 运用问卷调查、文献资料等方法对我国中部的山西、河北、河南3省职业女性的体育健身活动情况进行抽样调查,获取她们的职业和文化特征、健康状况、体育意识和动机、活动场所、活动形式、活动项目、健身频度、经济收入、体育消费等方面的数据,进行了比较分析,提出了加快我国中部经济欠发达地区职业女性体育健身活动发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of questionnaire and documentation,a spot check was given on the professional women’s physical fitness activities in 3 provinces,Shanxi,Heibei and Henan,of central China. Based on the comparative analysis of the data on their career and culture features,health conditions,sports consciousness and motivations,sports fields,sports types,sports events,exercise frequencies,incomes,sports consumptions and so on. The countermeasures were given on improving the development of professional women’s physical fitness activities in economically underdeveloped areas of central China.更多还原
