微型稀土永磁直流电动机磁钢粘接技术
Permanent Magnet Adhesive Technology of Micro Rare Earth Permanent Magnetic DC Machine
【摘要】 对影响微型稀土永磁直流电动机可靠性的主要因素-磁钢与外壳粘接状况进行探讨,并用分析软件对一种常见的粘结结构进行应力分析,提出了一种改进的可靠性较高、抗冲击性能良好的粘接结构,该结构的抗冲击性能在设计的一台微型稀土永磁无刷直流电动机上得到验证。最后提出改善磁钢与外壳粘接质量的措施。
【Abstract】 This paper probes into the adhesive state between permanent magnet and yoke of micro rare earth permanent magnetic DC machine, which influences the reliability of motor heavily. Then the tension distribution of a typical structure is analysed and the key point of stress concentration is evaluated by a software. Also a new structure is brought forward and proved in a micro rare earth permanent magnetic DC motor. The result is well at resistance to impact. Furthermore methods for good adhesion are brought out.
