【摘要】 目的　观察淫羊藿苷对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法　通过切除大鼠卵巢建立骨质疏松模型 ,喂以低、中、高三种剂量的淫羊藿苷 ,观察淫羊藿苷对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度 (BMD) ,股骨最大载荷、抗弯刚度等生物力学指标和血清中抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶 (TRACP)、总碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、骨碱性磷酸酶 (BALP)等骨代谢生化指标的影响 ,并以 17β 雌二醇 (17β- estradiol)作对照。 结果　淫羊藿苷可提高卵巢切除大鼠的骨密度、最大载荷和抗弯刚度 ,降低血清TRACP和BALP的活性 ,其作用与剂量有关。结论　H Ica淫羊藿苷能增强去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠抗外力冲击的能力 ,可有效抑制卵巢切除大鼠的骨量丢失 ,防止骨质疏松的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To observe the effects of Icariin on ovariectomized osteop ortic rats.Methods Female Wistar rats were ovariectomized and administered diffe rent dosage of Icariin and 17β-estradiol for eight weeks.Bone mineral density ( BMD) , indexes of biomechanics and bone metabolism-associated biochemical marke r s were measured.Results Icariin increased the BMD , maximum l oad and flexural r igidity in the osteoporotic rats.The activities of serum tartrate -resistant ac i d phosphatase (TRACP) and bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) were decreased in the Icraiin -fed ovariectomized rats.Conclusion Icariin 225mg/kg per day could increase the BMD and improve indexes of bone biomechanics in ova riecto mized osteoporotic rats. It was effctive in preventing bone loss induced by ovar iectomy.更多还原
