【摘要】 目的探讨女性青春期血清游离胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)的变化趋势,估计各发育阶段血清游离IGF1遗传度。方法6～18岁健康女性双生子427人同卵双生子132对,同性别异卵双生子48对,异性别双生子中的女生67人。按Tanner标准进行青春发育分期,免疫放射分析法(IRMA)测定空腹血清游离IGF1浓度。结果女性青春期血清游离IGF1浓度随年龄增长和青春期进程先增高而后降低,7～9岁、10～12岁增加较快,高峰年龄在12岁(B2期);同卵双生子组内相关系数远高于异卵双生子;乳房发育前、乳房发育后、初潮前、初潮后血清游离IGF1浓度的遗传度分别为053、085、048、083。结论12岁之前血清游离IGF1浓度的快速增长与女性青春期生长突增和早期的乳房发育有关;性发育及调控青春期发育的内分泌激素同时受遗传和环境因素的影响,遗传因素对女性青春期游离IGF1水平的控制随青春期进展而逐渐显现。更多还原
