【摘要】 目的论证中国疾病预防控制体系存在的首要问题。方法查阅1990-2001年国内八种主要卫生管理杂志,运用边界分析。方法归纳中国疾病预防控制体系现存各类问题,并进一步运用意向问卷调查了154所省、市、县疾病预防控制中心(以下简称CDC)对疾病预防控制体系存在问题的认识。结果查阅文献205篇,归纳疾病预防控制体系存在问题12类,9799%的被调查CDC认为公共职能偏废是当前我国疾病预防控制体系存在的首要问题。结论必须采取有力措施促使疾病预防控制体系公共职能的贯彻落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to demonstrate the chief problem existed in the disease control and prevention system of China. Methods Literatures in 8 national academic journals concerning health service management have been reviewed. The method of boundary analysis has been employed to conclude the various problems existed in the disease prevention and control system of China. Results 205 literatures have been carefully reviewed and 12 kinds of problems have been concluded. Furthermore, 98.0% investigated CDC agreed that the insufficiency of public health service delivery was the chief problem existed in the disease prevention and control system of China. Conclusion Some powerful policies should be developed to increase the public health service delivery of the disease prevention and control system of China.更多还原
