【摘要】 通过个案研究,深入解读F医院二十多年来利用国家不断下放剩余控制权和剩余索取权的政策,扩大公立医院规模的发展道路,指出其绩效水平并没有随着医院的扩张而有显著的提高,医院规模扩大的结果更多地体现在拉动医疗费用的上涨上。同时,剖析了该院的治理结构,指出目前公立医院治理结构中存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the case study,the paper discussed the development course of F hospital in the past20years,although F hospital had become bigger and stronger by using the policy that the nation gradually authorized the residual domination and residual claim to public hospital,its performance did not enhance remarkably.The result of expansion incarnated the increasing of medical expenses.According to this,the paper analyzed the governance structure of the hospital,and indicated the problems.更多还原
