【摘要】 为探讨适合本省不同地区的新型农村合作医疗运行模式,对云南省正在试行的两种模式进行对比分析。通过现场调查结合个人访谈,得出结论:在经济状况较差的农村试行新型农村合作医疗,应该对农户参合后的医疗心理、合作医疗的资金安全和筹资等问题进行综合考虑;大病统筹的同时适当照顾大多数参合农户的基本医疗需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore operation models of rural new cooperative medical system suitable for different districts by comparing the two operation models of this system in a pilot project in Yunnan. Through the questionnaire survey and in - depth interview in the field, there came the conclusion that issues should be taken into account when a new cooperative medical system is running in a poor rural area, which may include participants’treatment mentality, fund security and raising, furthermore, some basic health demands of the participants should also be considered appropriately while treatment of serious diseases is the purpose of the system.更多还原
