鞋用胶粘剂职业病危害因素调查分析

【摘要】 为预防鞋用胶粘剂的职业危害,对其生产、销售的种类、数量和警示说明进行现况调查,测定分析127份胶粘剂毒物含量和21份胶粘剂的毒物挥发性。发现生产、销售的胶粘剂约有46%和24%无警示说明;毒物含量超标率为:甲苯+二甲苯22.05%,苯15.74%,二氯甲烷2.36%,1、2-二氯乙烷2.36%;挥发性最高的毒物是1、2-二氯乙烷。应加强胶粘剂生产与销售管理,并引导合理选用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide scientific basis for preventing occupational poisoning hazards caused by adhesives for shoes, the types, amount and warning directions of adhesives for shoes in factories and markets were investigated, the contents of benzene, toluene, xylene, 1,2-dichloroethane, dichloromethane, n_hexane in adhesives for shoes were determined, and the volatilization of toxic substances in adhesives for shoes at 60℃ was examined. The results showed that warning directions were not stuck in 46%, 24% kinds of adhesives for shoes in factories and markets respectively. The percentage of exceed standard of content of benzene, toluene and xylene, 1,2-dichloroethane, dichloromethane in adhesives for shoes being measured is 15.74%, 22.05%, 2.36%, 2.36% respectively. The volatilization of 1,2-dichloroethane in adhesives for shoes is the highest one. For the control of the occupational poisoning hazards in shoes factories, the more crucial task is to supervise the use of adhesives for shoes.更多还原
