福州市台江区中小学校食堂及周边餐饮店卫生现状调查

【摘要】 为了解中小学生就读期间的饮食卫生状况,进一步加强学校食品卫生管理,预防和控制学生集体食物中毒及食源性疾病的发生。2004年5月对福州市台江区20所中小学校的学生食堂及80家周边餐饮店的卫生现状进行全面调查。从调查结果显示,卫生设施薄弱、管理不规范,以及从业人员食品卫生法律意识淡薄是目前存在的主要问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the hygiene condition of students in primary and middle school, we completely investigated the present hygiene condition of 20 school canteens and 80 periphery refreshment rooms in Taijiang District of Fuzhou city in May, 2004. The result showed that the hygiene facilities were not enough and the management was weak.People working there were short of food hygiene law consciousness.更多还原
